- Experience in building product engineering team, partnering with stakeholders to build solutions and software releases for the businesses.


- Leader who sets the directions and goals, inspires and brings everyone together to achieve them.


- Strong leadership skills to handle cross geographical stakeholders


- Proven ability to define a product vision and strategy, communicate that across the company, and deliver a solution that is highly impactful and scalable


- Demonstrable experience managing product(s) at multiple stages conceptualization, launch, growth, mature, etc.


- Outstanding people manager; ability to influence and engage direct, indirect reports and peers


- Self-reliant, good problem solver, results oriented


- Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and an ability to interface with senior management


- Must be able to get hands-on and operate strategically at the same time


- Natural leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong bias for action

Requirements :

- Build an engineering roadmap and technology strategy for the entire engineering team


- Promote a culture that drives autonomy, responsibility, perfection and mastery


- Collaborate with product excellence and product delivery team to ensure timely and quality delivery of the product features


- Management of departmental resources, staffing, mentoring, enhancing, and maintaining a best -of-class engineering team.


- Work closely with the engineers to architect and develop the best technical design and approach.


- Contribute substantially to innovation and overcome technology limitations to deliver on customer experience.


- Provide engineering execution excellence, as well as technical vision and direction, to ensure the development team is aligned with the strategy of the company.


- Continuously bring innovative prototypes while working with the product/business team to keep the organization on top of the technology innovation curve


- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

Qualifications :

- 17+ years of experience in Telecom Industry and leading high performing teams


- Engineering or CS Masters degree or higher


- 5+ years in leadership roles


- Hands on Working on Telecom BSS Product development in Order to Activate, Usage to Billing domain


- Works well under pressure, can handle and delegate workload effectively


- Ability to build and foster relationships with fellow leaders, team members, and key stakeholders


- Ability to lead by example and inspire confidence


- High Integrity and Respect to people, process, and company policies.


- Managing 100+ team members
