Job Description

Role Summary :

We are seeking a strategic, forward-looking leader to head our Infrastructure Services Practice.

This role is designed for a VP-level professional with deep infrastructure expertise, including Cloud and ServiceNow capabilities, and a proven ability to shape service portfolios, drive innovation, and influence internal and client stakeholders. The ideal candidate will lead practice development, capability building, and go-to-market strategies across core infrastructure areas including data centers, network, storage, security, end-user computing, platform operations, modern workplace enablement, and emerging hybrid cloud and automation platforms.


Key Responsibilities :


Practice Strategy & Development :


- Define and evolve the strategic roadmap for core infrastructure services across traditional, cloud-native, and hybrid IT landscapes.

- Identify market trends and client needs to develop relevant offerings and build reusable point solutions, IPs, and accelerators across infrastructure, cloud, and ServiceNow ecosystems.

- Drive continuous innovation across infrastructure modernization, workplace efficiency, cloud transformation, and IT operations resiliency.

- Embed ServiceNow and cloud-native platforms as foundational enablers within infrastructure offerings to create differentiated value.

Thought Leadership & Advisory :


- Serve as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders and clients on infrastructure transformation, cloud adoption, automation, and ITSM modernization using platforms like ServiceNow.

- Represent the practice in industry forums, analyst interactions, and executive briefings to promote thought leadership and innovation.

- Author whitepapers, PoVs, and business cases that articulate the value of integrated infrastructure, cloud, and ITSM solutions.

- Influence technology direction and client strategy by presenting solution blueprints, case studies, and innovation-led frameworks.

Capability Building & Governance :


- Build and manage a global bench of infrastructure, cloud, and ServiceNow architects and consultants with deep domain expertise.

- Establish internal competency frameworks and training programs to enable rapid scaling of delivery capabilities across traditional infrastructure and next-gen technologies.

- Drive cross-functional integration across cloud, automation, security, operations, and workplace to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Govern delivery excellence through reusable assets, standardized practices, and continuous
innovation in services.

Go-to-Market & Enablement :

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and solutioning teams to position infrastructure and cloud services, ServiceNow-led automation, and managed services in large pursuits.

- Support pre-sales with solution narratives, technical strategies, business value articulation, and custom demonstrations.

- Drive the creation and promotion of joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies with hyperscalers, OEMs, and ServiceNow alliances.

- Own pricing strategy, practice P&L, and contribute to new revenue streams via IP-led offerings, innovation hubs, and platform-based delivery.

Delivery Excellence & Growth Enablement :


- Drive delivery-led growth through innovation, proactive mining, and client intimacy across strategic accounts.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, value realization, and automation within delivery teams.

- Collaborate with account leadership to identify expansion opportunities through consultative selling and capability-led differentiation.

- Ensure a high level of delivery maturity, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.


Ideal Candidate Profile :


- 20+ years of experience in core infrastructure leadership roles, with a strong track record in practice development, strategy, and innovation.


- Deep understanding of data center operations, hybrid/multi cloud architectures, networking, end-user services, ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, automation, and infrastructure transformation.

- Demonstrated success in creating and scaling global practices, reusable IP, and advisory-led offerings across infrastructure and cloud domains.

- Proven ability to influence C-level executives (CIOs, CTOs), shape client strategy, and represent the organization in executive forums.

- Experience leading cross-functional teams globally and driving growth through prescriptive solutions and proactive delivery innovation.

- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-dollar portfolios, optimizing costs, and achieving consistent service excellence.
