Position Overview :

This role leads the enterprise infrastructure and engineering agenda across a complex global environment. The mandate extends beyond technology operations to defining long-term strategy, strengthening resilience, enabling AI adoption, and shaping the future operating model.

The successful leader will balance transformation, governance, reliability, and cost optimisation while driving enterprise-wide alignment. The challenge is to build scalable, secure, and future-ready technology foundations that support growth, innovation, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute the enterprise technology infrastructure and engineering strategy.

- Drive cloud, AI infrastructure, workplace, network, identity, and platform transformation initiatives.

- Partner with executive stakeholders to align technology investments with business priorities.

- Establish enterprise-wide governance, resilience, risk, and compliance frameworks.

- Lead strategic provider relationships, sourcing decisions, and commercial outcomes.

- Build high-performing leadership teams and future-ready organisational capabilities.

- Champion automation, observability, service reliability, and operational excellence.

Education & Experience Requirements :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology; Master's degree and relevant industry certifications preferred.

- Experience : 20-25 years of leadership experience across enterprise infrastructure, cloud, network, platform engineering, digital workplace, and large-scale transformation environments.

- Special : Proven success leading global teams, complex technology modernisation, AI-enabled transformation, and enterprise-scale operating model change.
