Job Description

A Vibe Coder is a rare hybrid role encompassing product management, engineering, and UX, responsible for translating high-level goals into functional, user-friendly prototypes and features with a strong emphasis on design and a "get-it-done" mindset. The job description involves coding, designing user interfaces, experimenting with low-code/AI tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and taking ownership of features from conception to launch, all while maintaining a keen eye on user experience and code quality.

Key Responsibilities :

- End-to-End Product Development : Architect, build, and launch product features autonomously, from initial concept to deployment.

- User-Centric Design : Apply strong UX/UI instincts to create intuitive and appealing interfaces and user experiences, often using AI-based builders or design tools.

- Rapid Prototyping : Quickly design and prototype functional tools and applications, even for ambiguous requirements, by translating ideas into tangible solutions.

- Low-Code/AI Tool Utilization : Leverage and experiment with modern low-code platforms, AI-powered tools, and coding assistants to execute quickly and effectively.

- Collaboration & Feedback : Work with other developers, product teams, and stakeholders to gather feedback, iterate on designs, and ensure successful product outcomes.

- Code Quality & Maintenance : Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to architecture decisions and system design for long-term scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Technical Expertise : Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript), frontend/data visualization libraries (e.g., React, Vue), and understanding of system design principles.

- UX/UI Instincts : A strong ability to design user-friendly interfaces and understand user interactions, even if not a professional designer.

- Product Mindset : The ability to think like a founder, question the roadmap, and make informed decisions to drive product vision.

- AI & Low-Code Familiarity : Experience with AI-powered development tools, low-code platforms, and creative approaches to content generation.

- "Get-It-Done" Mindset : A high-energy, detail-driven approach to execution, with a "go-getter" attitude to build and deliver features rapidly.

- Autonomy : The ability to work independently and take ownership of projects, while also knowing when and how to collaborate strategically.
