Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Chatbot Developer with experience in Rasa, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate should be proficient in the end-to-end chatbot development lifecycle, including design, development, integration, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop AI/ML-powered chatbots, with a focus on Rasa framework.

- Implement and fine-tune NLP models for intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialogue management.

- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) to create intelligent, context-aware chatbot responses.

- Use ML/DL algorithms to optimize chatbot performance and improve user experience.

- Integrate chatbots with messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, Messenger, Slack, etc.

- Ensure seamless backend integration with APIs, databases, and other services.

- Monitor and improve chatbot performance metrics, including accuracy, response time, and user satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.

- Strong programming skills : Python, JavaScript, Java, or equivalent.

- Basic understanding of machine learning/AI concepts, including :

1. NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn

2. TensorFlow / PyTorch (plus)

3. Large Language Model (LLM) integration

- Experience with Rasa framework and chatbot development.

- NLP frameworks and libraries : SpaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI API.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience developing multi-lingual chatbots.

- Knowledge of generative AI and LLM fine-tuning.

- Experience with deployment, scaling, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
