Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Dynamics 365 Architect to design, lead, and drive implementations of Dynamics 365 solutions across large-scale enterprise environments. This role is suited for professionals with deep technical expertise and strong business acumen, especially in the Banking and Insurance domains.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Sales, Service, Customer Insights Journeys).

- Define data architecture, application models, and manage data effectively across the Dynamics ecosystem.

- Conduct detailed fit-gap analysis, roadmap planning, and technical design for Dynamics 365 implementations.

- Leverage Power Platform (especially Power Automate) and Azure integrations for scalable solution design.

- Handle complex deployment scenarios, including integration via APIs and use of tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub.

- Provide effort estimation and planning using industry-standard tools and techniques.

- Identify gaps in existing solutions and recommend innovative improvements.

- Integrate MS Dynamics 365 with external systems using SSO, OData/REST, KingswaySoft, SSIS, Scribe, and other tools.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment on solution objectives.

- Take a client-facing leadership role to guide project delivery and ensure implementation success.

- Work within tight timelines, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills under pressure.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

- Strong knowledge of Power Platform, Power Automate, and Azure Integration Services.

- Experience with API integration, DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub), and complex deployment strategies.

- Deep understanding of data architecture, management, and enterprise data models.

- Proven track record of leading Dynamics 365 projects, preferably in Banking or Insurance domains.

- Experience with integration tools like KingswaySoft, SSIS, and Scribe.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

- MS Dynamics 365 Certification is preferred.
