Vena - Technical Lead/Senior Software Developer - Frontend Architecture

How You'll Make An Impact :

- Writes code and ships product improvements loved by our passionate user base

- Works with Product Managers to ensure plans/roadmaps are achievable, deliveries are met, and team resource gaps are understood and addressed

- Reviews team epics and projects critically, ensure theyre appropriately broken down and prioritised, and well-understood by the team

- Mentors, coaches, and teaches others in coding best practices in an open and empathetic way, through pairing, code reviews, etc.

- Ensures long-term codebase health and ensure that tech debt issues are properly prioritized in quarterly and Sprint Planning

- Advocates for and executes development initiatives, best practices and coding standards

We'd Love to See :

- Strong expertise in React.js (advanced component patterns, hooks, performance optimization).

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

- Experience designing and maintaining scalable front-end architectures.

- Hands-on experience with RESTful API integrations.

- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI principles.

- Experience with front-end testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).

- Proficiency with Git and modern version control workflows.

- Experience with Agile development and working with Product teams.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated build/deployment processes.

- Knowledge of performance tuning, code quality, and best engineering practices.
