How You'll Make An Impact :
- Lead, grow, mentor and support your development team(s).
- Work closely with your team(s) Product Manager and Architect to define your team(s) roadmap and goals
- Build, support and enhance our culture of inclusion in 1 : 1s and team settings.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as Customer Support, Customer Success, Product Management, and Professional Services
- Deliver on our product roadmaps by guiding development teams to embrace the highest of standards of quality and consistent delivery.
- Lead by example and foster an environment of continuous improvement, feedback, and accountability
Tech skills :
- Strong expertise in modern front-end technologies such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and building scalable UI component libraries or design systems.
- Solid understanding of software architecture principles and SaaS application development.
- Hands-on experience with Git and version control workflows.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, TeamCity, or Jenkins.
- Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Comfortable working in an Agile development environment with tools like JIRA or Azure Boards.
- Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Experience using collaboration and documentation tools such as Confluence, Figma, or similar.
- Strong background in conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and promoting best engineering practices.
We'd Love to See :
- 2+ years managing a development team
- 2+ years software development experience on front end code or component UI library or design system
- Demonstrated ability to mitigate risks in software development lifecycle
- Experience executing a SaaS product roadmap and improving software delivery
- Experience with developer recruitment, mentoring, and professional growth
- Experience with Agile Software Development
