The Test Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality of the product or project and managing operational activities. The Test Manager serves as the quality advisor, making important decisions throughout the project at all stages.

Job Description :
The Test Manager will provide product insight, organisational perspective, and technical leadership to the software test engineers within the QA organisation.
- Interact with the Sr. Director, Quality Assurance, to determine product testing priorities, estimate the level of effort and plan resources accordingly.
- Develop appropriate testing assignments and assess the performance of the software test engineers.
- Conduct appropriate staff training on existing products and new features.
- Participate in testing as an individual contributor to establish and maintain expertise on customer products.
- Participate in project meetings with product managers and development engineers as required.
Relevant experience required :
- Automation hands-on experience of 5+ years and adept at Selenium/Appium and Playwright, using programming languages like Java, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript.

- Reduce the attrition rate from the team and enhance the skills of the testing team.
- Guides, Mentors and Coaches team, sets clear goals/expectations and provides opportunities for challenging professional development.
- Leads by example and addresses performance and behaviours that are not consistent with Process values and policies.
- Strategically identifies and develops qualified people capable of enabling the unit to achieve success.
- Effectively handles disagreements and conflicts.

- Understands different test processes/practices for betterment of project.
