Velotio - Senior DevOps Engineer - Elastic Kubernetes Service

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and manage scalable infrastructure and deployment systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Kubernetes, AWS, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, deploy, and manage self-hosted infrastructure ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

- Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters in production and hybrid environments.

- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.

- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD.

- Implement and manage monitoring systems using Grafana, Prometheus, Graylog, or ELK.

- Automate operational tasks using Python, Bash, or Go.

- Implement infrastructure-level security controls and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering.

- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) including Helm and Ingress.

- Strong experience with Terraform (IaC) and configuration tools like Ansible.

- Experience working with AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).

- Experience with Monitoring/Logging tools : Grafana, Prometheus, Graylog, ELK.

- Strong scripting abilities in Python, Bash, or Go.

- Proficiency in Git and version control systems.
