Key Responsibilities :

- Define, implement, and own end-to-end QA strategy, processes, and standards for AI/ML product releases.

- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers, promoting best practices in manual and automation testing.

- Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using tools such as Selenium, PyTest, or similar.

- Perform comprehensive API testing (REST / SOAP / GraphQL) using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or equivalent.

- Validate data pipelines, transformations, and storage layers through robust database testing (SQL / NoSQL).

- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure quality across AI/ML models and web applications.

- Own test planning, execution, defect tracking, reporting, and release sign-off.

- Ensure product quality across Linux-based environments and multiple platforms.

- Continuously improve test coverage, automation maturity, and QA efficiency.

Requirements :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 812 years of overall QA experience, with 2+ years in a QA Lead or mentorship role.

- Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing and Test Automation.

- Proficiency with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, or similar.

- Solid experience in API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or equivalent tools.

- Strong knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases for data validation and backend testing.

- Exposure to Linux / Unix environments.

- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.

- Familiarity with AI/ML product testing (model accuracy, performance, integration) is a strong plus.
