Vehant Technologies - Project Manager - Agile/Scrum

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead end-to-end software project lifecycle-from initiation to closure.

2. Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and stakeholders for smooth delivery.

3. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

4. Create and manage project plans, resources, and dependencies.

5. Use technical expertise to support decisions on architecture, design, and development.

6. Apply and adapt Agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) for efficient execution.

7. Conduct team meetings and share clear progress, risks, and updates.

8. Identify technical risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

9. Oversee testing, QA, and release quality for timely delivery.

10. Provide regular status reports and communicate technical metrics.

11. Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.

12. Stay updated with new technologies and software development trends.

Required Skills :

1. Bachelor's in CS/Software Engineering; Master's is a plus.

2. 9+ years of experience delivering complex software projects.

3. Strong technical background in software development and architectures.

4. Good knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC.

5. Excellent communication with ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

6. Proven leadership in managing and guiding technical teams.

7. Strong problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic environments.

8. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, GitLab, etc.
