Why This Role Matters :


We are looking for a Product Solution Engineer (TechOps) to join our team.

In this role, you will be the first line of defense for production stability, ensuring seamless customer experience across mission-critical banking and payments applications.

You will work closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent issues in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

This is a customer-facing, technically hands-on role where your ability to debug, communicate, and solve complex problems will directly impact client trust and business continuity.


The Hat's You'll Wear :


- Develop a deep understanding of system architecture, product flows, and integrations.

- Proactively monitor production systems, ensuring availability, performance, and reliability.

- Own and resolve production incidents (L2/L3 level) within defined SLAs, minimizing downtime and customer impact.

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and create clear documentation to prevent recurrence.

- Collaborate with developers and product managers to identify, replicate, and resolve complex issues.

- Create and maintain playbooks and knowledge base articles for recurring scenarios.

- Work with customers and internal stakeholders to communicate issue status, impact, and resolution steps in a professional and timely manner.

- Support incident management processes, driving resolution and accountability across teams.

- Suggest automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual interventions.


To Succeed in This Role, Youll Need :


Education : BE/B.Tech.

Experience : 3 - 5 years of experience in TechOps / Production Support / Product Engineering roles in B2B SaaS Fintech.

- Strong debugging skills, with hands-on experience resolving L2/L3 production issues.

- Intermediate proficiency in SQL (queries, joins, debugging DB issues).

- Working knowledge of APIs (REST/JSON), Postman, and API documentation.

- Basic understanding of Elasticsearch, Kibana, and log analysis.

- Experience using JIRA or similar ticketing systems.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills able to interact with clients, prepare RCA documents, and explain technical issues clearly.


The Perfect Fit :


- SQL: Intermediate.

- API understanding / Postman.

- Kibana / log checking.

- Debugging L2 /L3 levels.

- Ticketing tool JIRA.


Your Edge Over the Rest :


- Monitoring tool Grafana/Prometheus Basic.


- Domain Banking / payments / accounting.

- Knowledge of Python / Java.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and release processes.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
