Role Overview :

The role involves the development of a new cross-platform mobile application for Android and iOS that interfaces with BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) sensors to collect and visualize machine data.

This is a hands-on opportunity to build a production-grade industrial IoT mobile application from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop a new mobile application using React Native for both Android and iOS platforms.

- Implement robust BLE communication workflows including scanning, connecting, and data transfer with industrial sensors.

- Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces for real-time data display and historical trend analysis.

- Handle local data storage and synchronization using solutions like SQLite or Realm.

- Ensure secure data handling, efficient state management, and reliable performance in industrial use

environments.

- Collaborate closely with the product, firmware, and backend teams to align app functionality with system requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Hands-on experience with BLE libraries (e.g., react-native-ble-plx, react-native-ble-manager).

- Familiarity with Redux, React Hooks, and asynchronous programming.

- Experience with local databases like SQLite, Realm, or AsyncStorage.

- Strong understanding of mobile app lifecycle, offline handling, and background processing.

Development Tools :

- Experience with Xcode, Android Studio, Flipper, and debugging BLE communication.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with IoT or sensor-based applications.

- Familiarity with app publishing on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

- Exposure to data visualization libraries and handling complex data sets.
