Job Title : Release Manager Engagement Platform

Location : Sector, 142, Noida. On-site/Hybrid

Reports To : Delivery Head

Department : Product & Platform Delivery

Role Overview :


This role combines the technical orchestration skills of a Release Manager with the business communication and adoption readiness focus of a Product Operations Specialist.

This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare compliance considerations, and the ability to manage complex dependencies between product, production support, migration, analytics, DevOps Teams along with closely collaborating with Change Board.

Key Responsibilities :


Release Planning & Coordination :


- Develop and maintain a comprehensive release calendar covering product releases, client migrations, environment refreshes, demos, and analytics updates.

- Collaborate with Product Development, Production Support, Migration, Sales, and Analytics teams to plan releases based on environment availability and priorities.

- Plan release scope and timelines across multiple scrum teams and multi-environment configurations (Production, Environment on Demand, UAT, Demo, Training).

- Coordinate environment usage to minimize conflicts between product releases, migration validations, and demo/training events.

Environment & Configuration Management :


- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all environments, including their purpose, current version, and scheduled changes.

- Manage multi-environment configurations (Production, UAT, Demo, Migration Test, Training, Staging, etc.).

- Ensure environment integrity by managing refreshes, rollbacks, and data masking in compliance with healthcare data security regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

Release Execution :


- Oversee end-to-end release lifecycle from development to Production deployment.

- Ensure release readiness by validating testing, approvals, documentation, and rollback plans.

- Conduct readiness checkpoints with business stakeholders prior to each release.

- Validate readiness with all stakeholders, ensuring testing, sign-off, and rollback plans are in

place.

- Facilitate go/no-go meetings with stakeholders before deployments.

- Manage hotfix and emergency releases with minimal disruption.

- Ensure environment refreshes and configurations comply with healthcare data privacy

regulations (HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.).

Documentation, Compliance & Audit Readiness :


- Ensuring change control docs, traceability matrices, known issues lists, and implementation

plans are accurate, consistent, and audit-ready.

- Preparing user-facing release notes and enablement materials in language relevant to

operations.

- Ensure all release artifacts are accurate, consistent, version-controlled, and audit-ready.

- Standardize templates for release documentation to support compliance.

Risk & Issue Management :


- Identify and mitigate release risks related to dependencies, timelines, or environment conflicts.


- Coordinate environment usage to minimize conflicts between product releases, migration validations, and demo/training events.

- Coordinate hotfix releases with minimal disruption to ongoing activities.

- Maintain a lessons-learned repository to continuously improve release processes.

Stakeholder Communication :


- Serve as the primary point of contact for release-related queries.

- Prepare clear, user-friendly release notes tailored to operational and business audiences.

- Provide regular release progress updates and visibility into upcoming changes for leadership and cross-functional teams.

- Document and share release notes and post-release impact reports.

Process & Tooling :


- Implement release management best practices, Partner with DevOps to optimize CI/CD pipelines, and automation where possible.


- Identify and resolve process inefficiencies in release and readiness workflows.

- Use tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, ServiceNow (or equivalent) for release tracking and change management.

- Drive process improvements for faster, safer, and more predictable releases.

Qualifications & Skills :


Essential :


- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5+ years in Release Management, Product Operations, or related roles in AWS Cloud environments.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development and release processes.

- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Git, CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).

- Strong documentation skills with the ability to translate technical details into business-friendly language.

- Experience managing multi-tenant platforms and complex environment orchestration

- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred :


- Experience with healthcare CRM systems.

- Familiarity with data migration projects involving large data sets and analytics reporting

enablement.

- Exposure to change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).

- Understanding of healthcare compliance and audit requirements.

- ITIL or Agile/Scrum certification.
