Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer (React + Java) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable web applications using React on the frontend and Java (Spring Boot) on the backend. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop responsive web applications using React.js

- Develop robust and scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers to implement solutions

- Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality

- Troubleshoot and debug applications

- Ensure optimal performance and scalability of applications

- Work in an agile development environment with regular sprints and deliveries

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3 to 6 years of professional experience in full-stack development

- Strong proficiency in React.js, including state management (Redux or Context API)

- Solid experience in Java, with a focus on Spring Boot or other Java frameworks

- Experience working with RESTful APIs

- Familiarity with front-end build tools and version control (Webpack, Babel, Git)

- Good understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL)

- Experience with unit testing and CI/CD pipelines is a plus

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Educational Qualification :

- Must have a B.Tech or B.E degree in any stream

- Preferred: Degree in Computer Science or a related field

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker or orchestration tools like Kubernetes

Work Mode :

- Location : Noida Sector 144

- Mode : Onsite / Hybrid (flexible as per project requirement)
