Kimberly-Clark is seeking an experienced Data Assurance Manager to oversee and manage testing activities across SAP S/4HANA projects. This contractor role will play a critical part in ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of SAP solutions through structured testing strategies, coordination, and execution.

The ideal candidate will bring experience with prior SAP S/4HANA projects leading different functional and technical team members and coordinating various technical pre-requisite and implementation activities to prepare source data, work with data loading teams to load data using pre-defined data loading tools, and to work with testers and business stakeholders to assess the quality of data after loading into S/4HANA with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle, including technical data preparation, conversion, execution of data loads, defect management, and reporting.

- Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.

- Coordinate and manage data conversion and data testing cycles.

- Ensure traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defects.

- Oversee data preparation in coordination with SAP platform, functional and other teams.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to other data team members and ensure adherence to data conversion best practices and standards.

- Track and report data preparation and conversion progress, risks, and issues to project leadership.

Required Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in SAP data conversion, with at least 3 years in a data conversion or related data management role.

- Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.) and their integration points.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA data conversion is preferred.

- Proficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
