About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced VBCS Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP customizations and PaaS development.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud extensions using VBCS, OIC, and other related technologies.

This position requires hands-on technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with business and functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Oracle ERP Cloud customizations including Forms Personalizations, Sandbox Customizations, App Composer, and Page Composer using Visual Builder and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).

- Build PaaS extensions and standalone Bolt-On Applications using VBCS, PCS, and OIC.

- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business processes across Oracle ERP and SCM modules and provide technical solutions.

- Develop and enhance applications using Groovy scripting, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, OJET, and Oracle VBCS.

- Work extensively with SOAP/REST Web Services, WSDL, XML, OAuth, and JWT for integrations.

- Support ERP Cloud fit-gap analysis, finalization of integrations, reports, extensions, and technical design.

- Develop enterprise-grade reporting solutions including OTBI and BIP Reports, and apply CSS enhancements where required.

- Work with IDCS, SSO, Content Management, PCS, and Human Tasks.

- Provide technical consulting, solution design, and best practice recommendations during Oracle ERP Cloud implementation projects.

- Ensure high standards of performance, UI/UX, and compliance with Oracle Cloud guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5-12 years of overall IT experience, with 4+ years in Oracle ERP Cloud customizations.

- Deep expertise in VBCS, PCS, OIC, Oracle Fusion UI tools, and Cloud customizations.

- Strong knowledge of ERP and SCM business processes in Oracle Cloud.

Hands-on experience in :

- Groovy Scripting, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, OJET, VBCS

- Oracle Cloud Business Rules, BI Objects, UI Customization

- SOAP/REST APIs, XML, OAuth, JWT

- Good understanding of Oracle ATP and Autonomous Database.

- Experience in UI/UX design and styling OTBI reports.

- Strong background in customer-facing roles, solution design, and technical consulting.

- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skill
