Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled VBA Developer with 2-4 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in developing and maintaining robust VBA solutions, with a primary focus on automating reports and dashboards within Microsoft Excel. This role is crucial for creating efficient, data-driven workflows and requires a strong technical background in VBA scripting, data modeling, and seamless API integration with cloud-based platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- VBA Application Development : Design, develop, and maintain complex VBA applications to streamline and automate critical business processes.

- Excel Automation : Automate reports, dashboards, and other data-driven workflows in Excel using advanced VBA scripting. This includes automating tasks such as data import, transformation, and visualization.

- API Integration : Develop and consume APIs to facilitate seamless integration with various cloud-based platforms, ensuring real-time data flow and synchronization.

- Data Management : Perform comprehensive data modeling, validation, and transformation activities to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for reporting and analysis.

- Collaboration & Requirement Gathering : Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable technical solutions.

- Performance Optimization : Proactively enhance and optimize existing VBA solutions to improve performance, reliability, and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 2-4 years of proven experience as a VBA Developer.

- Strong hands-on experience in VBA development, with a focus on Excel-based automation and scripting.

- Expertise in integrating applications with cloud platforms and APIs (developing and consuming).

- Proficiency in Reporting, Dashboards, Excel automation, and Data Modeling.

- A solid understanding of data validation and transformation techniques.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Salesforce integration.

- Familiarity with other scripting languages like Python for data manipulation.

- Knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications beyond Excel.
