VAYUZ Technologies - Technical Project Manager - Full Stack Technologies

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager (Web Development) to lead and oversee project delivery using full-stack technologies. The candidate must have recent hands-on experience in ReactJS (at least 2 years) and a strong track record in the ASP.NET stack, including MVC, .NET Core, APIs, and SQL Server.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of developers for the successful delivery of technical projects.

- Design and develop web applications using ASP.NET (MVC, Core), ReactJS/NextJS, APIs, and SQL Server.

- Oversee end-to-end SDLC, including architecture, coding, code review, testing, and deployment.

- Implement DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using modern tools and practices.

- Work in close coordination with cross-functional teams to define and achieve project goals.

- Ensure delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.

- Create reports and dashboards using SSRS and interpret data-driven insights.

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 14+ years of experience in software development, with at least 1 year as a Technical Manager/Technical Project Manager.

- Recent 2+ years of experience with ReactJS is mandatory.

- Hands-on with ASP.NET (Web Forms, MVC, .NET Core), SQL Server, APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

- Experience working with cloud (preferably Microsoft Azure).

- Strong understanding of microservices, DevOps tools, and CI/CD.

- Proficient in report design using SSRS.

- Strong communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
