VAYUZ Technologies - ServiceNow Architect - ITOM/CMDB Modules

Role Expectations :

- Lead and guide technical aspects of ITOM implementations and support (discovery, service mapping, configuration management, event management).

- Translate business needs into technical requirements and develop solution designs on the ServiceNow platform.

- Oversee requirement gathering, creation of technical documentation, and delivery of end-user training.

- Provide effort estimates, define project scope, and recommend development methodologies.

- Prepare user stories and work breakdown structures, track progress, and manage project escalations.

- Manage and coordinate global technical teams to ensure project delivery on time, within scope, and budget.

- Configure and implement ServiceNow IT Service Management and IT Business Management modules.

- Drive integrations and custom application development on the ServiceNow platform.

- Ensure alignment with best practices and compliance with contractual requirements.

- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Must Have Skills :

- 810 years relevant experience in ServiceNow development and ITOM implementations.

- Deep expertise in ServiceNow, particularly ITOM, ITSM, ITBM, and CMDB modules.

- Proven experience designing and implementing solutions based on client requirements.

- Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP API, LDAP/SSO, Email, Chat).

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

- Experience with domain separation and data segregation in ServiceNow.

- Project management skills, including estimation, tracking, and delivery.

- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage technical teams globally.

- Track record of effective stakeholder engagement and escalation management.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform upgrades, cloning, and support.

- Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
