- Lead and mentor a team of React Native developers.

- Architect and develop scalable, high-performing mobile apps.

- Work with React Natives New Architecture (Fabric, TurboModules, Codegen).

- Implement Redux for state management and React Query for data fetching.

- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to build new features.

- Ensure clean, maintainable code with code reviews and test coverage.

- Use native modules and third-party APIs for advanced mobile features.

- Troubleshoot performance and reliability issues.

- Manage sprints, plan tasks, and ensure timely feature delivery.

- Maintain project documentation and coding standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in React Native, including 2+ years in a lead role.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux, and React Query.

- Experience with React Native New Architecture (Fabric, TurboModules).

- Published apps on both App Store and Play Store.

- Familiar with mobile UI/UX standards and performance optimization.

- Comfortable with testing tools like Jest, Mocha, or Detox.

- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, and version control.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.

Education :

- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science (NIIT or similar institute).

- Experience in BFSI domain is a plus.
