Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager to own and scale the core e-commerce platform experience, driving measurable impact across conversion, revenue, and retention. This role requires strong product thinking, data-driven decision making, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance product solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Own and optimize the end-to-end customer journey funnel :
- CTR ? Add to Cart ? Checkout ? Purchase ? Repeat
- Drive product discovery and experience across navigation, search, filters, PLPs, and PDPs
- Define and execute assortment and merchandising logic to improve relevance and conversion
- Partner with brand, catalog, marketing, and operations teams to ensure pricing accuracy, availability, and high-quality content
- Design and run rapid A/B experiments to improve funnel performance and customer experience
- Build and scale product integrations across payments, logistics, loyalty, and subscription flows
- Own the product roadmap, translating business goals into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Track and improve key metrics including GMV, margins, retention, cancellations, and COD risk
- Use insights from data and experimentation to prioritize features and optimize platform performance
Required Qualifications :
- Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of customer behavior and ecommerce funnels
- Solid UI/UX intuition aligned with ecommerce best practices
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel
- Strong working knowledge of SQL
- Hands-on experience with funnel analytics, A/B testing tools, and experimentation frameworks
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
