- Deliver an onsite/Hybrid Train-the-Trainer (TTT) program.

- Conduct end-user functional trainings across multiple batches through a hybrid model (80% online, 20% classroom).

- Develop comprehensive training materials, SOPs, user manuals, and process documentation in alignment with PwCs Oracle Fusion implementation framework.

- Partner closely with the PwC implementation team and internal business leads and users to ensure training reflects actual configured business processes.

- Conduct knowledge assessments, feedback sessions, and provide post-training support.

- Tailor training sessions to match participant skill levels and functional roles.

- Ensure consistency and quality of delivery across all batches and modules.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 10+ years of functional experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in conducting functional or end-user training programs.

- Proven expertise in at least two or more of the following modules : Finance, SCM, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, LCM etc.

- Demonstrated understanding of Oracle-certified implementation methodologies.

- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills - both in-person and virtual.

- Ability to translate complex ERP workflows into clear, user-friendly training sessions.

- Skilled in preparing training content, assessments, and performance evaluation tools.
