VAYUZ Technologies - MERN Stack Developer - React.js/Node.js

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications.

- Architect and implement complex front-end applications using ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Next.js.

- Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and Express.js.

- Ensure best practices in performance, security, and scalability across the application stack.

- Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, and DevOps teams for seamless delivery.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers, conducting code reviews and technical sessions.

- Drive technical decision-making and contribute to architectural roadmaps.

Goals and Deliverables :

- Reduce system latency and improve user experience through optimized coding practices.

- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones with minimal defects.

- Establish best practices and frameworks for long-term scalability.

Required Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, Next.js.

- Deep understanding of front-end performance optimization and responsive design.

- Solid experience in backend architecture, RESTful APIs, and microservices.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
