Key Responsibilities :


Solution Design & Development :


- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and configuration of Varicent ICM models, workflows, and reports.


- Build and optimize Presenter Adaptive Reports to deliver interactive and data-rich dashboards for incentive metrics and compensation analytics.


- Translate complex compensation plans into scalable technical models using Varicent Composer, Reports Studio, Web Admin, and Presenter Adaptive tools.

- Implement and maintain calculation logic, data transformations, and workflow automation for compensation components such as quotas, crediting, and payouts.

Data & Integration Management :


- Design and manage data integration processes between Varicent ICM and upstream/downstream systems (CRM, HRIS, ERP, Data Warehouse).

- Develop and optimize SQL scripts, data validation routines, and ETL workflows to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

- Support the automation of data refresh cycles and monthly payout processes.

Reporting & Analytics :


- Develop complex, dynamic reports and dashboards for stakeholders using Presenter Adaptive Reports and Varicents Reporting tools.

- Ensure consistent and accurate presentation of compensation data for audit, compliance, and executive reporting.

- Partner with business users to define KPIs, metrics, and visualizations to support incentive transparency and performance tracking.

Testing, Validation & Support :


- Lead UAT, regression, and integration testing for Varicent releases and plan changes.

- Audit and validate incentive plan calculations to ensure alignment with business rules.

- Provide operational support for monthly payout cycles, troubleshooting calculation discrepancies and data anomalies.

Continuous Improvement & Governance
- Stay current on Varicent product updates, best practices, and emerging features to enhance solution design.

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within compensation operations.

- Contribute to documentation standards, configuration guides, and technical runbooks.

Required Skills & Experience :


- 3 - 5 years of IT experience with a focus on Incentive Compensation Management systems.

- Proven hands-on experience with Varicent ICM configuration and model development.

- Mandatory : Expertise in building Presenter Adaptive Reports.

- Strong understanding of Sales Incentive Compensation business processes, including crediting, quotas, and payout cycles.

- Advanced proficiency in SQL, relational database design, and query optimization.

- Experience managing data integrations and troubleshooting data-related issues.

- Strong understanding of compensation plan modeling, validation, and change management.

- Experience with testing frameworks and quality assurance methodologies.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with attention to detail in data-driven environments.
