Job Title : Business Analyst

About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring successful delivery of projects aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for development teams.

- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

- Facilitate communication between business, technology, and project management teams.

- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Support testing activities by creating test cases and validating solutions against requirements.

- Monitor project progress and ensure solutions meet business expectations.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative business solutions.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors / master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with requirement gathering techniques such as interviews, workshops, and document analysis.

- Familiarity with process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML) and business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
