Varahe Analytics - Product Manager - Roadmap & Strategy

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Technical Product Manager (TPM) to drive the development of innovative and scalable technology solutions.

As a TPM, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring product alignment with business goals while owning the technical roadmap, feature prioritization, and delivery lifecycle.

Youll work closely with engineering, architecture, design, QA, and business teams to bring cutting-edge products to life that solve real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications, use cases, and epics.

- Lead product planning, sprint prioritization, and execution in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Own backlog grooming and ensure clear communication of priorities with development teams.

- Partner with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and maintainability.

- Evaluate third-party tools, APIs, and integration options based on business and technical fit.

- Ensure high product quality through close collaboration with QA and DevOps teams.

- Work with stakeholders to define KPIs and product success metrics; track and optimize post-launch.

- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for technical features, architecture discussions, and integrations.

- Ensure smooth hand-offs between product, engineering, and customer-facing teams (support, sales, success).

- Manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 57 years of total experience, with at least 3+ years in a Technical Product Manager or similar role.

- Strong technical background with the ability to understand system architecture, APIs, data models, and integrations.

Hands-on experience with :

- RESTful APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- CI/CD, DevOps practices, and scalable system design

- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).

- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and documentation.

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
