Job Summary :


We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product lifecycle management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.


Key Responsibilities :


- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements and translate them into clear user stories and specifications.

- Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.

- Monitor product performance through metrics, user feedback, and market trends, and iterate to improve customer satisfaction and business impact.

- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.

- Develop go-to-market strategies, including positioning, pricing, and promotion plans.

- Facilitate communication across teams and ensure alignment on product goals and delivery timelines.

- Identify opportunities for product innovation and continuous improvement.

- Lead competitive analysis and market research to anticipate industry trends and customer needs.

- Act as the product evangelist internally and externally to build understanding and excitement

around the product.


Qualifications :


- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.

- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in technology-driven companies.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira,

Confluence, Trello).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

- Strong customer focus and ability to translate customer needs into product features.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales
