About the Team :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced AI Project Manager to lead the execution of AI-driven initiatives within the organization.

This role requires a strategic thinker and an excellent communicator who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business goals.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in managing AI/ML projects, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies, AI product life cycles, and stakeholder engagement.

What Would This Role Entail ?

- Plan, manage, and oversee AI/ML projects from initiation to deployment.

- Work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, analysts, respective stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful project execution.

- Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.

- Monitor project progress, resolve roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery.

- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.

- Translate business needs into technical project requirements and vice versa.

- Ensure data governance, model explainability, and ethical AI principles are adhered to.

- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively.

- Prepare periodic progress reports and dashboards for leadership review.

Necessary Qualifications/Skills :

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing AI/ML projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong understanding of AI technologies, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and ML lifecycle.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.

- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.)

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.

Good to Have Skills :

- Prior experience in political consulting, public policy, or large-scale research projects.

- Understanding of Indian governance, social data, or behavioral science-driven models.

- PMP or PRINCE2 Certification
