Role Overview :

As a VAPT Engineer at Sysmind Tech PVT LTD, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration testing engagements for our clients. You will work closely with project managers, security analysts, and client stakeholders to identify security weaknesses, develop remediation strategies, and improve the overall security posture of our clients' systems and applications. Your expertise will be crucial in helping our clients understand their risk exposure and implement effective security controls.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments of web applications, mobile applications, networks, and infrastructure to identify security weaknesses.

- Perform penetration testing engagements, simulating real-world attacks to evaluate the effectiveness of existing security controls.

- Analyze assessment results, document findings, and develop detailed reports outlining vulnerabilities, potential impact, and remediation recommendations for clients.

- Collaborate with development teams and system administrators to provide guidance on vulnerability remediation and secure coding practices.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques to continuously improve testing methodologies.

- Perform SAP security assessments and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities in SAP systems and applications.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of security testing tools and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of VAPT services.

- Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner, providing technical expertise and guidance on security best practices.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough vulnerability assessments and penetration testing engagements across various platforms and technologies.

- Proven expertise in identifying and exploiting security vulnerabilities in web applications, mobile applications, networks, and infrastructure.

- Strong understanding of security principles, attack vectors, and remediation techniques.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify security weaknesses.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Experience with security testing tools such as Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Nessus, and Metasploit.

- Knowledge of SAP security concepts and experience performing SAP security assessments.

- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, OSCP, or similar are highly desirable.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
