Job Title : VAPT Analyst

Summary : The VAPT Analyst (L1) will be responsible for conducting Vulnerability assessments and Penetration testing on digital assets, Web Applications, Mobile Applications, API, IoT devices, etc., This entry-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about ethical hacking and cybersecurity, with a strong desire to learn and grow in penetration testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests on web applications, APIs, mobile apps, networks, and cloud environments, etc.,

- Perform manual verification of automated scan results to eliminate false positives and confirm exploitability.

- Utilize industry-standard tools such as Nessus, Burp Suite, Qualys, and other red team tools for scanning and exploitation.

- Prepare detailed technical reports describing identified vulnerabilities, risk ratings, impact, and recommendations.

- Collaborate with development and IT teams to validate fixes and ensure vulnerabilities are remediated

effectively

- Assist in secure code review and software composition analysis for applications.

Required Qualifications :

Education : Bachelors degree in computer science, IT or related field.

Experience : 02 years relevant experience

Certifications (Preferred) :

- CEH, CRTA, eJPT

- CompTIA Pentest +

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge on PTES, NIST 800-115, OWASP

- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell is an advantage

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Good communication and documentation skills.
