Role Summary :

We are looking for a Tosca Automation Engineer with strong experience in test automation for enterprise / insurance applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Tricentis Tosca, automation framework design, and end-to-end testing across functional and regression scenarios.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca

- Implement Model-Based Test Automation (MBTA) approach

- Automate functional, regression, smoke, and integration test cases

- Create and maintain Tosca Modules, TestCases, TestCaseDesign, and ExecutionLists

- Perform API testing using Tosca (REST/SOAP)

- Integrate Tosca execution with CI/CD pipelines

- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand requirements

- Analyze automation results, identify defects, and track them to closure

- Support UAT and production validation activities when required

Mandatory Skills :

- 4+ years of experience in test automation

- Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca

Expertise in :

- Tosca Modules & Scan

- Test Case Design (TCD)

- Reusable components

- ExecutionLists & Reporting

- Good understanding of SDLC & STLC

- Experience in API testing (REST/SOAP)

- Strong SQL skills for backend validation

Good to Have :

- Experience in Insurance domain (P&C / Life / Annuity)

- Exposure to Guidewire / Duck Creek / Policy Admin Systems

- CI/CD tools like Jenkins / Azure DevOps

- Knowledge of VBScript / Python / Java (basic scripting)

- Tosca Certification (AS1 / AS2)
