Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications using .NET technologies.

- Design and develop applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET 8, ASP.NET Web API, microservices, and REST APIs.

- Integrate Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, and LLM-based capabilities into enterprise applications to deliver AI-powered business solutions.

- Design and optimize database solutions using SQL Server, ensuring performance, scalability, and data integrity.

- Develop and deploy cloud-based applications and services using Microsoft Azure.

- Drive engineering best practices, code quality, design patterns, automated testing, CI/CD, and secure development practices.

- Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and guide the team on architecture and implementation decisions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

- Identify technical risks, resolve complex issues, and drive continuous improvement in application performance and development productivity.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8 - 10 years of experience in software development, with strong expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies.

- Proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET 8, ASP.NET Web API, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.

- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native application development.

- Good knowledge of SQL Server, database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, LLM integrations, and AI-powered application development.

- Understanding of application security, scalability, performance optimization, and enterprise architecture principles.

- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and modern software engineering practices.

- Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor developers, and manage stakeholder expectations.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical decision-making skills.
