Role & responsibilities:

- Lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable front-end architectures using React, TypeScript, and modern component patterns.

- Own the front-end roadmap for enterprise applications across BFSI, Healthcare, Government, Telecommunications, and Automotive domains.

- Mentor and guide mid-level developers; drive code quality, performance, and maintainability.

- Architect reusable, modular component libraries and design systems (e.g., Storybook, Figma integration).

- Optimize application performance (load time, bundle size, rendering efficiency) using lazy loading, code splitting, and caching strategies.

- Collaborate closely with backend teams to define API contracts and ensure seamless integration.

- Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring (Grafana, Dynatrace, Sentry).

- Champion accessibility (a11y), internationalization (i18n), and SEO best practices.

- Contribute to technical documentation, SOPs, and onboarding materials.

- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis (RCA) for P1 issues.
