Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, estimation, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution.

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams of developers, QA engineers, architects, and DevOps engineers to ensure timely delivery.

- Oversee Java-based application development using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.

- Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management, release planning, and delivery tracking.

- Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource utilization.

- Collaborate with clients, product owners, and senior stakeholders to understand requirements, manage expectations, and communicate project progress.

- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure adherence to architecture, coding standards, security, and quality requirements.

- Track project KPIs, sprint progress, delivery metrics, and milestones using JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Power BI.

- Identify delivery risks and bottlenecks, implement mitigation plans, and resolve escalations proactively.

- Coordinate testing, deployments, CI/CD processes, and production releases with QA and DevOps teams.

- Manage communication and collaboration across geographically distributed teams and international clients.

- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, team productivity, and client satisfaction.

Skillset:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in software development and delivery, with at least 4 years in a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Technical Delivery Manager role.

- Proven experience managing large-scale Java projects with global teams of 20+ engineers.

- Strong technical understanding of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and enterprise application architecture.

- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.

- Good understanding of AWS/Azure, DevOps, CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Power BI, Swagger, Postman, and SoapUI.

- Experience working with clients across the US, Europe, or the Middle East.
