ValueLabs - DevOps Engineer - CI/CD Pipeline

Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to support our Core Integration Team on PaaS environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with OpenShift and Jenkins pipelines, along with a focus on automation, job optimization, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide PaaS DevOps support for the Core Integration Team

- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins

- Manage and deploy applications on OpenShift (Kubernetes platform)

- Optimize existing jobs, pipelines, and workflows to improve efficiency and reliability

- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements and automation

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot build/deployment issues

- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for seamless integration

- Ensure adherence to best practices in DevOps, security, and scalability

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins (pipeline creation & optimization)

- Experience with OpenShift / Kubernetes-based platforms

- Proficiency in Docker / containerization

- Good understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices

- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving pipeline and deployment issues

- Familiarity with scripting (Shell, Python, or similar) is a plus

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in process optimization and automation initiatives

- Exposure to enterprise-level integration environments

- Knowledge of monitoring tools and logging frameworks

Education :

UG : Any Graduate
