Roles and Responsibilities :
- Create detailed HLDs and LLDs for Azure-based enterprise solutions.
- Architect robust and scalable Azure resource topologies, landing zones, and environment structures.
- Design and implement cloud security controls, IAM models, encryption standards, network security, and governance policies.
- Define and standardize integration patterns using Azure API Management, Event Grid, Event Hub, Service Bus, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
- Lead identity architecture using Azure AD/Entra ID, including authentication/authorization flows.
- Build and manage DevSecOps pipelines, quality gates, and CI/CD workflows using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
- Conduct architecture reviews, technical assessments, and code reviews to ensure quality, compliance, and best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to validate feasibility and align solutions with business and technical requirements.
- Mentor developers and engineers on Azure architecture, security, integration, and best development practices.
- Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment guidelines.
- Drive cloud governance standards, monitoring, cost optimization, and performance improvements across all implemented solutions.
Requirements :
- Strong expertise in Azure solution architecture for enterprise-scale implementations.
- Must have deep hands-on experience designing High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD) for cloud solutions.
- Should be proficient in architecting secure, scalable, and well-governed Azure environments covering compute, networking, storage, identity, and monitoring.
- Requires strong knowledge of cloud security design, Zero Trust principles, and security controls across Azure services.
- Must have expertise in designing integration patterns, including API-based, microservices, and event-driven architectures using Azure Integration Services.
- Should have hands-on experience with Azure AD / Entra ID, identity flows, app registrations, RBAC models, and enterprise identity integration.
- Experience in DevSecOps, CI/CD pipeline design, secure quality gates, and code governance is essential.
- Must be able to guide engineering teams, perform architecture reviews, enforce standards, and ensure solution compliance.
- Strong communication skills needed for documentation, architecture presentations, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Preferably Azure Architect Certified (AZ 305 or similar), with 3-5 years of experience implementing large-scale Azure solutions
