Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and 5-10 years experienced Test Lead with a strong background in manual and automation testing using Java and Selenium.

The ideal candidate will lead the QA efforts for one or more projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software through effective test planning, execution, and automation strategies.

Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities (manual + automation) across projects.

- Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Java and Selenium.

- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, and DevOps.

- Identify, log, track, and drive resolution of defects and issues.

- Optimize and maintain the automation suite for maximum efficiency and coverage.

- Review code and test scripts created by team members to ensure quality and adherence to standards.

- Mentor junior QA engineers and provide technical leadership to the team.

- Define and implement QA processes, tools, and best practices.

- Report test progress, metrics, and results to stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 59 years of experience in software testing, with at least 4+ years in test automation.

- Strong programming skills in Java.

- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG or JUnit.

- Experience in manual testing, test case design, and defect management.

- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

- Experience with tools like JIRA, Git, Jenkins, Maven, Postman.

- Exposure to API testing, performance testing tools is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
