Key Responsibilities :


- Own and maintain the core interface built with Go, React, and an event-driven architecture.


- Work with complex data structures and design highly optimized relational models using PostgreSQL.


- Manage and maintain S3 buckets and other storage solutions.


- Build and improve infrastructure that runs super fast on cloud servers and operates reliably on on-prem environments.


- Drive feature development by helping prioritize what truly matters to end users.


- Ensure a high-quality, user-centric experience with a strong focus on visual polish, performance, and usability.


- Collaborate closely with designers, product teams, and engineers to deliver seamless, scalable features.


- Contribute to architectural decisions, code quality, and maintainability across the stack.


Required Skills & Experience :


- Strong full-stack development experience with :


1. Go (Golang) for backend systems


2. React + TypeScript for front-end applications


- Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures, message queues, or similar patterns.


- In-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL including schema design, query optimization, and relational data modelling.


- Experience working with AWS S3 or equivalent storage solutions.


- Ability to build performant, scalable systems for both cloud and on-prem environments.


- Strong sense of ownershipcomfortable taking products from 0-to-1.


- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a team-first mindset.


- Attention to detail with a passion for clean interfaces and smooth user experiences.


Preferred Qualities :


- Experience with distributed systems or microservices.


- Prior exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.


- Familiarity with UX/UI best practices.


- Comfort operating in fast-paced, product-focused startup environments.
