We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager (Azure Integration) who can combine strong project management expertise with hands-on technical capability in Microsoft Azure Integration Services.

The ideal candidate will lead integration projects end-to-end while still being hands-on with solution design and development.

This role requires a mix of leadership, stakeholder management, and deep technical knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage Azure-based integration projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.

- Provide hands-on technical leadership in designing and implementing solutions using:

- Azure Logic Apps

- Azure Functions

- Azure Service Bus

- Azure API Management (APIM)

- REST APIs and enterprise integration patterns

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Architects, Developers, QA, and Business stakeholders) to gather requirements, design integration flows, and deliver scalable solutions.

- Monitor and optimize integration solutions for performance, security, and reliability.

- Drive best practices, reusable frameworks, and standards across integration projects.

- Manage project risks, dependencies, and budgets, while providing regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

- Mentor and guide team members in technical problem-solving and Azure integration practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience (10 to 17 years) in IT with at least 3 years as a Project Manager.

- Strong hands-on expertise with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, APIM).

- Solid experience in API development, API Management, and integration patterns.

- Good understanding of cloud security, scalability, and performance optimization.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (preferred, not mandatory).
