Role Overview :

The Solution Architect will design scalable, secure, and high-performance healthcare solutions leveraging Salesforce Health Cloud, AI/ML, and integration platforms.

You will define technical roadmaps, integration strategies, and ensure that all solutions comply with healthcare standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design enterprise-grade Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for patient care and provider management.

- Define system architecture, data models, and integration patterns.

- Ensure security, scalability, and compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.

- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as GenAI and predictive analytics.

- Collaborate with product owners, BAs, and developers to ensure design feasibility.

- Review code, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans for alignment.

- Develop reference architecture and reusable patterns for integration and AI workflows.

- Identify technical risks, mitigation plans, and dependencies.

- Lead solution workshops and technical discussions with cross-functional teams.

- Mentor development teams and enforce architectural best practices.

- Ensure seamless integration of third-party healthcare systems and EHR/EMR platforms.

Qualifications :

- 10+ years of architecture experience, with 5+ in Salesforce Health Cloud or healthcare SaaS.

- Expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Strong experience with APIs, middleware, and integration strategies.

- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7).

- Salesforce Architect, TOGAF, or equivalent certification preferred.

Preferred Skills & Certifications :

- GenAI/ML architecture experience.

- Hands-on experience with large-scale SaaS deployments.

- Strong communication and team leadership skills
