Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Architecture & Design :

- Define system architecture, data models, and integration patterns with other enterprise applications.

- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001), and governance standards.

Technical Leadership :

- Lead Salesforce implementation projects from conception to deployment.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to Salesforce developers, administrators, and solution engineers.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Integration & Customization :

- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external applications (APIs, middleware, third-party apps).

- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Flow Builder.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :

and define technical solutions.

- Serve as the primary technical advisor for Salesforce-related initiatives.

- Collaborate with compliance, security, and audit teams to ensure platform adherence to regulatory requirements.

Continuous Improvement :

- Evaluate emerging Salesforce features and third-party solutions for adoption.

- Optimize existing Salesforce solutions for performance, scalability, and usability.

- Drive standardization, governance, and best practices across Salesforce development.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience :

- 8 - 12 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions for large organizations.

- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integrations is preferred.

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce Flows, and declarative

development.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security model, and integration patterns.

- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and third-party integrations.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DevOps practices, and version control.
