Value Health Inc - Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner - Healthcare Domain

Role Overview :

As a Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner at Value Health, you will play a critical role in defining, refining, and driving healthcare-focused digital transformation initiatives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate clinical and operational needs into scalable Salesforce Health Cloud and AI-enabled solutions.

This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare workflows, interoperability standards, and the ability to balance business strategy with technical feasibility.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring features and enhancements are aligned to business value and regulatory compliance.

- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and workflows that enable seamless communication between business and technical teams.

- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder interviews to validate use cases and define success criteria.

- Translate healthcare workflows (patient onboarding, care coordination, case management, claims processing) into functional requirements.

- Collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure requirements are technically feasible and align with enterprise architecture.

- Drive prioritization of features by balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategy.

- Perform gap analysis and propose enhancements to existing systems.

- Ensure adherence to interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7) and healthcare compliance regulations (HIPAA, GDPR where applicable).

- Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce Health Cloud functionality and its integration with AI/ML solutions.

- Continuously evaluate new Salesforce releases and GenAI capabilities to identify opportunities for value creation.

- Mentor junior business analysts and ensure best practices in requirement documentation and Agile delivery.

Qualifications :

- Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud (care management, provider relationship, patient engagement modules).

- Strong knowledge of healthcare domain processes (EHR/EMR, claims, patient engagement, provider networks).

- Proven experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) with tools such as Jira or Rally.

- Hands-on experience writing user stories, epics, and backlog management.

- Solid understanding of healthcare data interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7).

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of engaging with clinical and non-clinical audiences.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare IT, or related field.

Preferred Skills & Certifications :

- Exposure to AI/ML healthcare use cases (predictive analytics, patient engagement, NLP).

- Experience in integration platforms like Dell Boomi or AWS for healthcare data exchange
