Role Overview :

The Release Manager will oversee release cycles, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment governance for Salesforce Health Cloud and AI-powered healthcare solutions.

You will ensure reliable, compliant, and smooth releases while coordinating across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage release planning, scheduling, and coordination across environments.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or Copado.

- Ensure all releases comply with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR).

- Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to reduce release risks.

- Document release procedures and maintain version control standards.

- Monitor and report on release performance and incidents.

- Conduct release retrospectives and implement continuous improvement measures.

- Manage emergency releases and rollback strategies.

- Communicate release status to stakeholders and senior leadership.

- Train and mentor junior release engineers.

- Ensure smooth integration of AI/ML and Salesforce Health Cloud features in production.

Qualifications :

- 6+ years of release management or DevOps experience.

- Salesforce release management expertise (Copado, Gearset, Flosum).

- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps best practices.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
