Role Overview :

- The Project Manager will lead complex healthcare technology projects, ensuring timely delivery of Salesforce Health Cloud and GenAI-enabled solutions.

- You will manage cross-functional teams, budgets, risks, and regulatory compliance while driving successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, execute, and deliver healthcare technology projects on time and within budget.

- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, architects, BAs, and AI engineers.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA, GDPR) in project deliverables.

- Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.

- Coordinate Agile ceremonies and stakeholder communications.

- Facilitate requirement clarification and scope management with business stakeholders.

- Manage resource allocation and performance tracking across teams.

- Develop project plans, dashboards, and status reports for leadership.

- Monitor quality assurance, testing, and release processes.

- Implement risk management and contingency planning.

- Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across teams.

Qualifications :

- 8+ years of IT project management, with at least 3 years in healthcare technology projects.

- Proven experience managing Salesforce Health Cloud or AI/ML-based initiatives.

- PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification preferred.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies with Jira or similar tools
