Role Overview :

As a Tech-Driven Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the evolution of our core platforms like Patient Nexus and associated service offerings.

Your focus will be on translating complex healthcare business needs into scalable, technology-driven solutions that align with our product roadmap.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that involves collaboration with product managers, UX designers, and software engineers in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Tech-Product Alignment : Work closely with business users, architects, and development teams to translate functional requirements into system features, data models, and APIs.

- Agile Delivery : Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows in JIRA/Confluence for agile sprint planning and delivery.

- Solution Validation : Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist with test case development to ensure high product quality.

- Data-Driven Insights : Partner with data analysts and engineers to define KPIs, data requirements, and reporting outputs for product modules.

- API & Integration Mapping : Collaborate with technical leads on integration design across platforms (FHIR, HL7, Salesforce, and other health tech systems).

- Product Documentation : Create functional specs, workflows, and process diagrams using tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or Figma.

- Release Coordination : Work with DevOps and QA teams to ensure smooth feature rollouts and post-release impact tracking.

- Continuous Innovation : Stay up to date with digital health tech trends, including AI/ML in healthcare, low-code/no-code tools, and patient engagement platforms.

What We're Looking For :

- Experience : 3-5 years in a Business Analyst role within a product/technology company, preferably in Healthcare or Life Sciences.

- Technical Acumen : Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), REST APIs, databases, and enterprise systems like Salesforce Health Cloud, SAP, or Epic.

- Agile Mindset : Experience with Scrum or SAFe methodologies, and exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr.

- Communication Skills : Ability to present to technical and non-technical stakeholders, bridge business-technology gaps, and simplify complex problems.

- Problem-Solving : Structured thinking, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to propose scalable tech solutions under evolving requirements.

- Education : MBA or equivalent with a background in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering is preferred.
