- TCP/IP Connection Protocols.

- We are seeking an experienced Android POS Developer with expertise in designing, developing, and integrating Android POS terminals.

- The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of POS device platforms, payment protocols, EMV standards, and transaction security.

- The role involves working with multiple device types, developing payment applications, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain applications for Android POS terminals.

- Work with Android SDKs to implement secure, reliable, and scalable POS solutions.

- Customize POS applications for device-specific platforms (Castles, Newland, Ingenico, PAX, VeriFone).

- Implement and integrate ISO8583 messaging standards for financial transaction processing.

- Ensure compliance with EMV and Contactless (CLESS) standards.

- Work on integration with credit card payment systems and domain-specific applications.

- Develop and manage communication modes including Ethernet, Dial-Up, Wi-Fi, GPRS, USB, and Pinpad connectivity.

- Ensure secure, efficient handling of TCP/IP protocols for transaction flows.

- Integrate POS systems with external applications and payment gateways.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and validation of POS applications.

- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning.

- Ensure applications adhere to security and compliance requirements.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and operations.

- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and user guides.

- Support deployment and provide post-implementation assistance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience in Android POS application development.

- Proficiency in Android, C, C++, and Linux.

- Strong knowledge and implementation experience with ISO8583 payment protocol.

- Experience in EMV, Contactless (CLESS), and credit card transaction processing.

- Knowledge of TCP/IP and network communication protocols.

- Experience working with Castles, Newland, Ingenico, PAX, and VeriFone POS devices.

- Prior experience in the payment/credit domain is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of transaction workflows and security standards in the financial sector.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Experience with payment gateway integration and digital wallets.

- Familiarity with PCI DSS compliance and security practices.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
