Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute validation plans, test cases, and validation protocols.

- Analyze product requirements and create comprehensive validation strategies.

- Perform functional, system, integration, and regression testing.

- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.

- Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

- Prepare validation reports, test documentation, and traceability matrices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, QA, Product, and Business teams.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, industry regulations, and organizational processes.

- Support product releases by validating system functionality, performance, and reliability.

- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills :

- 4-8 years of experience in Validation, Verification, or Quality Engineering.

- Strong understanding of validation methodologies and software/system testing.

- Experience in test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect management.

- Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with automation testing tools.

- Knowledge of performance, integration, or API testing.

- Familiarity with regulated environments (Automotive, Medical Devices, Pharma, or Manufacturing) is an added advantage.

- Experience with Jira, ALM, or similar test management tools.

- Understanding of scripting languages (Python, Shell, or SQL) is a plus.
