Role Overview :

As a Senior Consultant SAP IBP, you will lead end-to-end implementations of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions, focusing on Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization. Youll collaborate directly with business and technical teams to design scalable, high-performing IBP architectures that drive supply chain transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead E2E SAP IBP implementations, covering Demand, S&OP, Supply, and Inventory Optimization.

- Act as functional lead for IBP design, configuration, and deployment across multiple modules.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into IBP functional and technical specifications.

- Design multilevel IBP planning structures and optimize forecast algorithms.

- Integrate IBP seamlessly with APO, ECC, and HANA systems.

- Provide technical leadership in architecting efficient, scalable IBP and S&OP solutions.

- Mentor consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of hands-on SAP IBP experience, with at least 4 full-cycle implementations.

- Deep expertise in IBP Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply & Response, and Inventory Optimization.

- Proven skills in IBP configuration, allocation, availability, and statistical forecasting.

- Strong understanding of integration with APO, ECC, and HANA.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- Experience working in agile delivery environments is a plus.
